Building a new home isn’t just about a house to us; it’s also about building strong relationships with our clients. We have been rewarded with a strong referral string and many repeat customers because of it. Honesty, integrity, strong communication, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent results are among our core principles. This Corcoran family was seeking a custom home builder to help them express their unique style. After the house plans were finalized, the next step in the building process was the house’s placement. On the heavily wooded acreage lot they owned, we worked together to maximize the amazing views while paying special attention to the well, septic system, and driveway placement. Special requests are common with new construction homes, and this project was no exception! The house was built to include three natural stone fireplaces, custom Rustic Alder cabinetry, a large butler’s pantry, Hickory hardwood floors, one-of-a-kind reclaimed barn wood accents, a solid concrete safe room, and a children’s nook under the stairs. A creative grading plan allowed for a tuck-under garage beneath the loaded main level 4-car garage, which featured a dog salon with a raised 6′ tub/shower and separate laundry. Ample space and thoughtful planning will allow for years of enjoyment as the family grows and changes.
